Investigational VWD Update

On August 11, Hemab Therapeutics reported encouraging early work across several rare bleeding disorders. Its investigational HMB-002 for VWD produced dose-dependent increases of at least 2.4-fold in VWF and factor VIII in early clinical testing. Hemab is additionally developing HMB-003, a non-hormonal plasmin inhibitor initially aimed at heavy menstrual bleeding.
