Rare Disease Day is Feb. 27! Dr. Califf, Commissioner of Food and Drugs, Kicks Off This Year’s Theme, “Intersections with Rare Diseases – A Patient Focused Event”
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that FDA’s Rare Disease Day is Monday, February 27. Registration is open for this virtual event. Dr. Robert M. Califf, Commissioner of Food and Drugs, will provide opening remarks to kick off an impactful event for the rare disease community. This year’s theme is called: Intersections with Rare Diseases – A patient focused event. The event will explore a range of topics related to rare diseases.
They are also offering an eventful and informative program with rare disease patients and their families and caregivers in mind. This will give you the unique opportunity to:
