Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) across the United States are participating in the 2021 National HTC Patient Satisfaction Survey! If you, or someone you care for, had contact with an HTC in 2020, they want to hear from you!

You can take the survey online at www.htcsurvey.com. The survey closes on June 30, 2021.

This survey is a follow-up to the surveys done in 2015 and 2018. The input from patients and families help HTCs identify areas where they may have strengths and where they need to improve. Your voice can again help HTCs learn and improve.
