In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, GLHF has produced two new vehicles for information: a COVID-19 specific category in the News section of our website, along with weekly e-newsletter updates: GLHF Headline News. If you are not receiving GLHF’s e-newsletter, please subscribe at the bottom of our homepage. GLHF will now be producing e-newsletter updates on a monthly basis, or as needed. Our goal is to keep you informed about the ongoing pandemic, as well as new GLHF programs and services we have developed in response to the “new normal” we are living in. The Events Calendar on our website will keep you informed about upcoming GLHF programs. Another great way to stay informed about GLHF programs and services, is to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
In addition to GLHF’s response, many of you have relied on the National Hemophilia Foundation’s (NHF) webinar series and weekly newsletters. Due to the pandemic, NHF has produced two new weekly vehicles for information for the bleeding disorders community: the Coping During COVID-19 webinar series, and the NHF Health and Wellness newsletter.
Starting June 1st, both NHF’s newsletter and the webinars will be held every other week. NHF will continue to bring you useful, trusted information about the pandemic, information you need about managing your bleeding disorder during this global health crisis, and how to navigate reopening in your local community. NHF will also provide important resources on mental health and physical exercise.
NHF’s webinars will now take place every other Friday at 3 pm (4 pm ET). Please follow NHF on Facebook or Twitter for links to register. Previous webinars can be found on the COVID-19 news section of NHF’s website. Do you have suggestion for a topic for a webinar? Submit your idea here.
If you do not receive NHF’s Health and Wellness newsletter, you can subscribe here.
