CDC Public Health Webinar on Blood Disorders – GLHF’s Kaveh Shabtaie Featured
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Division of Blood Disorders offers an ongoing Public Health Webinar Series on Blood Disorders. The series provides evidence-based information on new research; interventions; emerging issues of interest in blood disorders; as well as innovative approaches to collaborations and partnerships.
The Dec. 1 webinar featured GLHF’s Regional Administrator for Region V West / Northern States, Kaveh Shabtaie, MPH, presenting alongside Susan Lattimore, RN, GCPH, Regional Director, Mountain States Region, Oregon Health & Science University. Kaveh and Susan discussed key results from the third United States HTC Patient Satisfaction Survey, compared results from the previous two surveys and highlighted how satisfaction differs across patient populations.
