Team Arlo Finds Support at the Unite Walk!

The Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk is Saturday, September 26 at the Milwaukee County Zoo. Team Arlo has been participating for five years! At the walk, they are reminded that they are not alone and have the support of the bleeding disorders community and all of their loved ones. This is why Team Arlo walks:

Why is it important for you to Walk?
It’s important for us to walk because it’s a way that we can show our son that he has the support of our amazing village behind him. It’s also a great way to stay connected to the community and show our support for Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation.

What do you like most about the Walk?
I love that the walk is truly just a fun day for everyone! The fundraising is the cherry on top of a great day spent at the zoo with family and friends.

Do you think the walk brings people together for a common cause?

Yes! It’s easy to feel isolated when dealing with a rare bleeding disorder. The walk reminds us that we are not alone and that we have the support of the bleeding disorders community and all of our loved ones.

Join us September 26 in our original picnic area at the Zoo Terrace. Registration is open today! Register yourself and your team as soon as possible! All of your favorite attractions will be back, including some great prizes for people or teams who raise $250 or more! Click here for information.
