Help Us Continue Providing Support to Those Depending on Us! Donate on #GivingTuesday, May 5.
The health and safety of this community are always at the center of our work. COVID-19 won’t prevent GLHF from serving our friends and family with bleeding disorders.
That’s why on Tuesday, May 5th, we ask you to donate on #GivingTuesdayNow, a newly announced global movement dedicated to helping nonprofits like ours continue providing support to those depending on us.
We know many are living on a tighter budget. No amount is too small — your gift will go twice as far for the bleeding disorders community and help GLHF continue to:
- Produce weekly e-newsletters with updates from NHF, HFA, WFH, MASAC, the CDC and the FDA, as well as topics like insurance, financial assistance and mental health.
- Openly communicate with other chapter leaders to ensure we all have the resources we need.
- Quickly issue updates from pharmacy partners regarding any impact on factor supply.
So we ask you, on #GivingTuesdayNow, May 5, to:
Every little bit helps. Your gift will go directly to funding community resources like our emergency financial assistance program, education scholarships, Camp Klotty Pine, advocacy and new virtual education and networking experiences.
We may not be able to meet in person, but you can still stay involved by following us on social media (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter). It’s the easiest way you can see the difference we’re all making together in real-time, and to stay connected to your peers.
Be the “Sharers of Good News”
Share how GLHF and the bleeding disorders community made a difference in your life. Did you or your child reach a new self-care goal? Did you learn something at the annual Conference that really opened your eyes? Made a friend through the community who helped you through tough times? Can you remember a Camp Klotty Pine or Family Camp memory that made you laugh? Share your photos, videos, and inspiring stories and quotes with your friends and family and tag us!
Until we reunite in the future — if people e give whatever amount they can spare — we will keep those with bleeding disorders healthy today and in the months to come. Even though we’re apart right now, your gift on #GivingTuesdayNow will keep us all together and safe.
