Poinsettia and Wreath Sale Discontinued
As the holiday season gets underway, you might be wondering — is Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation (GLHF) offering poinsettias and wreaths for sale this year?
GLHF made the decision to end our annual poinsettia and wreath sale. It was a difficult decision, because it truly has been a fun way to connect with our volunteers and supporters during the holidays. The net revenue from this sale continued on a steady decline as compared to the costs required, making it clear that we needed to focus our efforts in other directions.
We hope supporters of our Decorate for a Cause event will continue helping the bleeding disorders community to manage life with fewer limitations by supporting GLHF. You can honor them by giving locally with a contribution on #GivingTuesday (November 27) or any day, by using the donate button on GLHF’s website or Facebook page. Together we can build even stronger fundraising efforts, which raise awareness and the crucial funds that are needed to sustain our mission and vision.
