GLHF Launches the 2019 Red Tie Campaign

It’s time to put on your red ties again and join us for the 2019 Red Tie Campaign! This March, during Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month, GLHF, with NHF and chapters across the country, will raise funds and awareness to support the bleeding disorders community.

We hope you will join us during the campaign by showing your red tie pride on social media and helping us raise critical funds for the Wisconsin bleeding disorders community to support programs like Camp Klotty Pine, Family Camp, Common Grounds (a support group), Wisconsin Legislative Day and much more. To participate in the 2019 Red Tie Campaign, you may:

Give: Our collective goal is to raise $30,000 across all chapters and NHF during the Red Tie Campaign If you donate to GLHF, NHF will match that donation up to $750! Give today to double your support of your local bleeding disorders community.

Share: Be a part of the movement! Put on your red tie or scarf and share why Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month and (Chapter Name) are important to you. Follow #RedTieCampaign on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and share your story to raise awareness within your personal network.

Advocate: GLHF will be heading to Madison on March 3-4, 2019 for its annual Wisconsin Legislative Day. Join us as we spend the day with our state legislators and educate them about life with a bleeding disorder and issues that impact our community in Wisconsin. You’ll learn how state government impacts bleeding disorders policy issues and how you can make a difference through advocacy.

We will also be heading to Washington, D.C., for NHF’s Washington Days event March 27-29, 2019. Follow us on social media as we advocate for access to healthcare
