Federal and State Advocacy Update

A group of 26 states are suing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services over the new work requirements for Medicaid eligibility; plans in the works to update and simplify prior authorization processes for public and private payers; and a roundup of what’s happening in statehouses across the US.
