Emergency Card Templates

The National Bleeding Disorder Foundation provides a new series of customizable emergency alert card templates for patients with bleeding disorders. These wallet-sized cards provide immediate and important bleeding disorder treatment information that you can customize. The cards can be referenced by healthcare providers, particularly those new to the patient and/or disorder, and emergency professionals and first responders, when there is an unexpected injury or serious trauma.
