2nd Annual Madison’s Best Bloody Contest Returns April 28. Tickets on Sale Now!

GLHF’s Madison’s Best Bloody will be held at the Edgewater Hotel, 1001 Wisconsin Place, Madison, WI, on Sunday April 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year, GLHF will host 10-15 unique Bloody Marys from local bars and restaurants to compete for the title of Madison’s Best Bloody. Bartenders showcase their signature recipes while guests enjoy appetizers, taste Bloody Marys and vote for a winner. Last year’s winners included: Best Overall: State Street Brats; Best Mix: Text Tubb’s Taco Palace; Most Unique: Café Hollander; and Most Like a Meal: Eldorado Grill.

In 2018, GLHF’s inaugural Madison’s Best Bloody served to a sold out crowd of 425 people with 10 participating bars and restaurants. The Madison event follows the success of GLHF’s Milwaukee’s Best Bloody, which just completed its seventh successful year, attracting more than 1,000 people.

All tickets include samples from every participating bar/restaurant, as well as appetizers. Designated Driver tickets are also available and include non-alcoholic Bloody Mary samples. This is a 21+ event.

This year VIP tickets are available! VIP tickets allow those ticket-holders to get into the event one hour prior to other attendees. Skip the lines and enjoy some of the first Bloody Marys sold!
