NHF is excited to launch Run, White, & Blue for Bleeding Disorders – a family-friendly virtual event, featuring a 5K and Family Fun Run/Walk/or Neighborhood Bike Ride…all from the comfort of your own treadmill or local trail!
How it works:
It’s easy! Just register, select your event type, and get patriotic with us in support of the bleeding disorders community anytime between now and July 4 th .
BONUS: Included with your participation is a medal NHF will ship to you!
Virtual 5K
Run your own race, at your own pace, submit your time when you’re finished.
Family Fun Run (or Walk)
Just as it sounds, head outside, and run for fun in the sun!
Neighborhood Bike Ride
What better way to celebrate the 4 th of July than decorating bikes and wearing stars and stripes!
$35 per family (up to 4 family members; additional members= $5 per person).
