Bleeding Disorders and Covid-19 Webinar, April 9: Facts and Risks for People with Bleeding Disorders

On Thursday, April 9th, at 10:00 am EST, the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) will host a 60-minute webinar for the bleeding disorders community to help answer questions and address concerns related to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2.

The webinar will provide the community with up-to-date information on COVID-19 and how this virus may affect our patient population, including the risks associated with COVID-19; the measures people with hemophilia (PWH) can take to protect themselves; treatment of COVID-19 for patients with hemophilia; and aspects of COVID-19 that are unique to hemophilia. A Q&A session will be part of the webinar.

Anyone who wishes to submit questions for the Q&A is encouraged to do so by emailing the WFH no later than April 7th at Participants can also type live questions directly into the Zoom question and answer box and our experts will try their best—time permitting—to answer.
