Adults (21+) Virtual Community Roundtable

Thursday, June 25, 2020 | 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

GLHF is taking our Community Roundtables virtual! They will be held every other Thursday at 8 pm to keep our community connected!

On Thursday, June 25 at 8 pm (CST), adults (21+) are invited to join the discussion following the first of our Webinar Series: Medical Marijuana and Pain. To participate, you must be a Wisconsin resident, or receiving care at a Wisconsin Hemophilia Treatment Center.

This informal conversation will allow us to come together and chat about challenging situations we are all going through. To help us stay virtually connected, attendees are encouraged to share their personal stories and coping techniques.

Roundtables allow you to share your experiences, and learn from your peers, as you live with a bleeding disorder or care for a person who has a bleeding disorder. The connections gained through these shared experiences are invaluable. As a participant, the expectation is that you be open and inviting to your peers and follow these simple guidelines as we talk.

1. Respect others’ stories and ideas. Each person has a unique story and most issues have a variety of solutions.
2. Share your experiences without judging others.
3. Listen
4. Engage
5. Maintain confidentiality
